What's Happening!

St. Louis native, gifted artist and career executive who prides herself in influencing other entertainers on and off stage... Marty K. Casey joins NABFEME as Operations Manger, St. Louis.  With a 20-year career under her belt that includes successes as a singer, actress, writer, producer and director, Marty serves as CEO of Casey Entertainment and manages her non-profit, Show Me Arts Academy which was founded due to the unrest in Ferguson, MO.   Best known for her performance role as "Professional Woman" in the award winning hit stage play MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL, Marty also lists among her television credits: The Price Is Right, The Oprah Winfrey Show and Don't Forget the Lytics. 

Marty is currently appearing in  "FOUR WAY STOP" The film.  The movie is already being classified as a hit in her repertoire and has earned her an award at the Free State Festival in Lawrence, KS for Best Supporting Actress. Four Way Stop  has also been recognized for two honors in the 2015 San Francisco Film Fest.

While she was already operating in a management capacity, Carolyn "Bree" Brewer has stepped up and taken on a larger management role within the organization.  Recently named Operations Manager, NABFEME Los Angeles, Bree is busy making plans for operations in the market with the first "Meet & Greet" being planned for mid March. One of our primary objectives at NABFEME is the effectiveness of our Networks and our teams. We know that one person cannot do everything.. BUT everything that needs to be done can be accomplished through the recruitment, development and empowerment of others. Therefore, we are very excited to announce our newest Team Leader... Poet, Author, Community Activist, Jaleesa McEachin, Operations Manager, NABFEME New Jersey!

We're proud and excited to announce our newest NABFEME Operations Managers.  Managing NABFEME Operations in the DMV (DC, Maryland & Virginia),  CEO of the Joilie Agency, Waikeena Robinson, and putting the organization on the map in Virginia Beach, Marketing & Media expert, Shawn Martin!  Great ideas attract get minds and we're excited about where we're headed in 2016!

Aside from making NABFEME a household name in the Motor City… our Detroit Leader has been very busy in the studio!! Powerhouse singer/songwriter and NABFEME Detroit OM, JOYA burst onto the music scene in the mid-90s with her debut album "Here I Am" and the breakout single, "I Like What You're Doing to Me."
