Presenting “In Conversation With”... a speaker series in conjunction with Canada’s 150th Anniversary and Black History Month. In Conversation With will feature biographer Makini Smith (“A Walk In My Stilettos”) and Sci-fi Caribbean Fantasy storyteller Jelani “J Wyze” Nias (“Where Eagles Crawl and Men Fly”). As motivational speakers, both authors will share details of their career trajectories from writing their first book to transitioning their literary works into TV and Film. The series will be moderated by National Magazine Award Winning Journalist, Dalton Higgins.
