NABFEME New York returns with a mission ... connecting and re-connecting with you! We're headed uptown to Harlem to the Urban Yoga Foundation -- A relaxed holistic environment with values that are based in the true meaning of yoga ... "To Unite."

We're anxious & ready to unite with YOU! Past members, new members, future members, supporters, colleagues and sister-friends ... everyone is invited to stop by and congregate with us! We'll discuss the organizatiton's goals and objectives, it's future and then, we'll put the "fun" into the fundamentals!

We know how long those days at the office can be, therefore, we’ve made arrangements for you to experience the Urban Yoga Foundation's "Healing Massages" and "Yoga Classes."
