In business since 2000, NABFEME is the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Inc. It is a non-profit organization that aims to increase awareness and raise the profile of women of color in the music and entertainment industry. As an advocate for women, the organization's mission is to advance the female agenda of education, equity, empowerment, and inclusion. NABFEME executes its mission via an influential Executive Board, a broad-based, knowledgeable group of "Business Consultants" and a team of advisors who sit on the NABFEME Advisory Board.

The organization previously operated through established networks in various cities across the United States, Canada, and Africa. However, to achieve success in today's marketplace, it is crucial that we prioritize the benefit of the organization as a whole and minimize our focus on geographical areas. By identifying our "Areas of Influence," we can quickly determine our strengths and establish connections.
