We know you're busy, however, you still want to know what's going on... right?  Here you can find "quick bites" of information and current happenings around and within the organization.  Stop by this page often for bulletins and a constant flow of what's going on in the NABFEME membership community. 

As a member, you can add a post or tell us and we'll add it for you! Let us know what's happening in your world!  New promotion? An event, book release, new job... maybe you're planning something fabulous, or you have an opinion about some of today's currents events and topics ... share it! Post your thoughts, comments, experiences... tell us what's going on.   Respond to another member's comments!  This section is private... it's just us, be respectful and feel free speak out!  Some commentary may reveal shared opinions regarding success and equality for women in the workplace, while others may reflect just being a woman ... balancing lifestyles both personal and professional.

    Aside from making NABFEME a household name in the Motor City… our Detroit Leader has been very busy in the studio!! Powerhouse singer/songwriter and NABFEME Detroit OM, JOYA burst onto the music scene in the mid-90s with her debut album "Here I Am" and the breakout single, "I Like What You're Doing to Me." She has written for, toured and shared the stage with many major artists and now she has a "new" musical treat for us all.  She has been putting the finishing touches on her latest EP "Accolades," which features the new single, "MATCH!"  Click the link below and watch Joya's biopic.

    Domestic Violence is everyone's problem and we can no longer be silent! It is very likely that you know someone, or you may be someone who is in an abusive relationship. The only way we can break the cycle of domestic violence is to speak out and speak up ... BREAK THE SILENCE!  NABFEME and Women Who Jam! have partnered with the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence and will present "Breaking The Silence in Song" ... Oct 26th at Lavish! Information, education and more will be provided plus you'll enjoy an evening in song with the Divas of Women Who Jam!
